About
Parrabel Park Retreat
|
|
Parrabel Park is a 220
acre farm 43kms from Kempsey in the beautiful Upper Macleay
Hinterland. With Mount Parrabel on our boundary we are
surrounded by scenic hills. There are also two dams and a
creek that runs through the property.
Accommodation is a fully self contained two bedroom timber
cottage that sleeps four people in a very quiet and private
location. |
 |
Visitors can enjoy
relaxing on the veranda which overlooks Taits Creek, or go
for a walk and explore the property and the local area.
There are plenty of native animals to see including
kangaroos, wallabies, turtles, frogs and goannas plus a wide
range of birdlife.
The creek has a number of good swimming holes and there are
numerous shady trees under which to enjoy a picnic and enjoy
the splendid views of the Upper Macleay. |
 |
We are also very close to
Willi Willi National Park and a relatively short drive to
the coast and some lovely beaches. You can find out more
about the area surrounding Parrabel Park by visiting “our
location” page.
If you enjoy fishing, swimming, bushwalking, bird watching
or just admiring the views, there are plenty of
opportunities!
The cabin costs $95- per night including linen. Ring Helen
and Mark on (02) 6567 1147 to visit us in this beautiful
part of Australia.
